Impulse Control Workshop with Mike Newland

Saturday 25th July 10.30am to 11.25am at Merrist Wood College, Guildford

This workshop is designed to improve your dog's focus on you around distractions, and to improve your dog's ability to think and respond to cues when in a high arousal state.  This workshop includes access to the completed Online Impulse Control Clinic so that you can get started with videos right away

We'll practise:

• Thinking in arousal games
• Building play skills
• How to use different reinforcers 
• Building dogs and people into the equation
• Building the Wait games
• Practise leave cue around dogs

Maximum 8 dogs

This workshop is NOT suitable for reactive dogs, dogs who bark in a group setup or nervous dogs who are uncomfortable around dogs and people.  UNLESS you feel confident that your dog will not bark throughout the whole class
